STRIVE Prep - Sunnyside teachers and admins are so proud to work with such determined students, dedicated staff, and supportive families and look forward to continuing our work in Quarter 3. Thank you for all that you do in support of your child’s education. Please note these important dates in January and February.

    • ACCESS Testing: Our students who are English Language Learners took the ACCESS test during the week of January 16th.

    • Family Council meets Wednesday, January 31st 6 PM - 7 PM

    • 5th and 8th grade families - School Choice Online Application Night (February 8, 4 PM - 7 PM): All 5th and 8th grade families & friends are welcome to come to apply for your child’s top middle or high school choices. You’ll have access to computers for the online application and to staff from DPS to support you with the process.

    • No school for Presidents Day, Monday, February 19th

For all students and families that are selecting a school for next year, Round 1 of SchoolChoice is open from February 1st to February 28th! If your student who already attends is continuing at STRIVE Prep - Sunnyside for the 2018-2019 school year, you do not need to fill out any forms at this time.

As we head into 2018, I know that all the members of our community are working together to make sure each student is getting the best education possible! As always, please email or call your student's advisors with any questions.
